Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing or using the 228 platform, you are automatically deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 228 and the user.
These terms and conditions apply to all users in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform — this is a non-negotiable requirement that will not be relaxed under any circumstances.
228 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To open an account on 228, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. Creating an account using incorrect, false, or someone else's details is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account.
- You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth when registering an account.
- 228 may request identity verification at any time for account authentication purposes.
- If suspicious activity is detected, 228 may suspend an account without notice.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the 228 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods.
Funds deposited may only be used for betting or gaming on the platform. Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial transaction is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Account verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made. Each withdrawal request is processed after review. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed due to technical issues or regulatory requirements.
- Transactions will not be processed if the minimum required deposit amount is not met.

- Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials.
- Unfairly claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
- Engaging in obscene, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour.
228 reserves the right to permanently close an account without prior notice and to take legal action where applicable if any of the above rules are violated.
All content displayed on the 228 platform — including logos, graphics, text, game designs, and software — is protected under 228's intellectual property rights. Reproduction or use of any such content for any purpose without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability, Third Parties & Governing Law
The 228 platform provides its services on an "as-is" basis. 228 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues. Users are responsible for ensuring the quality of their own internet connection and device.
Betting and gambling carry a risk of financial loss. 228 does not guarantee winnings and accepts no responsibility for users' financial decisions. Users access and use the platform entirely at their own discretion and risk.
The 228 platform may contain third-party content or links. 228 is not responsible for such external content, and accessing it is entirely at the user's own discretion.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
228 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of terms or misuse of the platform.
- Failure to provide information required for account verification.
- Suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
- Multiple accounts found belonging to the same person.
- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
